Our commitment
ZMB Utilities LLC wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use this site, request a quote and apply for work.
Standard we follow
We design the site to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), and we are working toward full conformance.
What we have built in
- Text and controls are designed to meet WCAG color-contrast ratios.
- Pages work with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator and a "Skip to content" link.
- Form fields have visible labels, required fields are marked, and error messages are announced to screen readers.
- Animation is reduced when your device asks for reduced motion.
- Pages use headings, landmarks and descriptive link text, and illustrations have text descriptions.
How we check
We run automated accessibility checks whenever we make significant changes. Our most recent automated review, on November 7, 2026, found no accessibility errors on the pages tested. Automated tools cannot find every barrier, so we also welcome reports from visitors.
Known limitations
The quote and application forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, a security check provided by a third party. Cloudflare states that Turnstile meets WCAG 2.2 Level AA. If you cannot complete the check, email us your request and we will handle it directly.
